BridalThe Bride’s Dress: Our Favorite Designers

A lot of thought and attention goes into choosing the bride’s dress. This is one of the most important pieces of this day’s puzzle, the gown in which you will marry. The dress that you will say your vows in, have your first kiss as husband and wife and dance the night away into a new union. It is no surprise it’s quite a big deal, and one of the first tasks in that long list of to-dos after saying YES!

“Clothes as text, clothes as narration, clothes as a story. Clothes as the story of our lives. And if you were to gather all the clothes you have ever owned in all your life, each baby shoe and winter coat and wedding dress, you would have your autobiography.” – Linda Grant

The bride’s dress, as unique as her.

It’s not enough that the dress is white. A bride should feel gorgeous, confident and unique in her dress. There are many bridal stores out there and almost all of them will carry the go-to bridal dress, princess cuts, lace, you know. The bridal dress. In our experience, a bride that is comfortable and proud of the dress she is wearing will shine even brighter throughout her wedding day, which is why is so important to pay close attention and do your research before committing to buying just any dress.

Below, some of our favorite designers and bridal stores that cater to unique women like you.
